  Bert has helped me sell two properties over the past ten years. We have used supposed "real estate specialists" to list our waterfront properties and they were unable to follow through. Bert was able to get us results and a fair asking price. He was friendly, courteous, and above all, humble about his work. He would go out of his way to make suggestions before we listed our properties to increase their value, whether it was resoding the backyard or replacing some outdated carpet. He would even sometimes fix these problems by himself! If you want a realtor that is patient, Bert is your solution, plus he knows the whys and hows of the entire process, which is very reassuring. Bert sells the property, rather than just listing it.
